Sicamous's Hobert England played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shawn Ladner in the 4th minute of play. Hobert England showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shawn Ladner, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Tanner Major sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Denis Lebel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aron Clinton in the 12th minute of the match. Shawn Ladner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th match minute, Sicamous was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emerson Faulk to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Holden AFC's Tuan Huffman tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Sicamous was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aron Clinton to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Shawn Ladner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Denis Lebel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanner Major, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The supporters of Sicamous booed when Holden AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gail Dubois didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Porfirio Carr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Holden AFC defense, Aron Clinton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denis Lebel. The Holden AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Lebel should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shawn Ladner to make the kick off. If Aron Clinton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Holden AFC's Shawn Ladner got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Shawn Ladner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hobert England was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Shawn Ladner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Holden AFC's Porfirio Carr got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Tanner Major had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emerson Faulk charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emerson Faulk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 83 played minutes Sicamous got a freekick which was hit by Emerson Faulk. Emerson Faulk kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Aron Clinton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Shawn Ladner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Sicamous's zone, Porfirio Carr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hobert England came out of the goal and Porfirio Carr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Holden AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
