Spectators: 7518 (Terracing: 5639, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Axe Team's Chauncey Pina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Chang Leon sped through Axe Team's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Young Vann. Bennett Davies hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute of the match Omer Salazar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wally Todd showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Chang Leon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yarmouth AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chang Leon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Young Vann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Chauncey Pina came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Axe Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chauncey Pina couldn't finish the play. If Chang Leon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dong Maloney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeremy Grubbs kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Chang Leon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Young Vann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cruz Major's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Wally Todd skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Adolph Castle's late challenge caught a Axe Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adolph Castle helped the player get up and apologised. 36 minutes into the match, Axe Team's goal looked a bit too open when Chang Leon came free, but Young Vann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Axe Team's Jeremy Grubbs got a free kick in the 44th minute. Young Vann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dong Maloney in the 45th minute of play. If Cruz Major had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Yarmouth AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chang Leon was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Axe Team's Gaétan Elias got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Young Vann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chang Leon's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. If Chang Leon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dong Maloney came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Young Vann could save by the left post. Dong Maloney in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Young Vann, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dong Maloney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cruz Major in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wally Todd prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Axe Team's Young Vann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chang Leon in the 81st minute of play. After 83 played minutes Yarmouth AFC got a freekick which was hit by Adolph Castle. Cruz Major sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dong Maloney who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Young Vann when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dong Maloney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Young Vann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yarmouth AFC's Adolph Castle got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 98th minute, Chang Leon fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Young Vann, passed just outside the right post.
