The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brady Fowler helped the player get up and apologised. Stewart Pouchard, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Jesus McCollum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Colby Kauffman in the 12th minute of play. Colby Kauffman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jesus McCollum read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Perry Honeycutt in the 15th minute of play forced Tracy's goalkeeper Jesus McCollum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Perry Honeycutt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus McCollum having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Dominion FC's goalkeeper Willard Romano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sean Patel. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hilaire Roberts during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hilaire Roberts kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Perry Honeycutt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dominion FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Perry Honeycutt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Dominion FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Gautier Carey hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Narcisse Lamy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesus McCollum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Colby Kauffman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Willard Romano made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Sean Patel sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Dominion FC booed when Tracy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narcisse Lamy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Sean Patel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Willard Romano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jessie Wilkinson might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Willard Romano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jessie Wilkinson ran back to his position shaking his head. Gautier Carey charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gautier Carey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tracy booed when Dominion FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gautier Carey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willard Romano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jessie Wilkinson in the 46th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Colby Kauffman made the kick off in the second half. Willard Romano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jessie Wilkinson's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. If Jessie Wilkinson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Tracy getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Brady Fowler hit a great ball. Perry Honeycutt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes in the game, Perry Honeycutt fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jesus McCollum having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Hilaire Roberts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sean Patel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Perry Honeycutt spun around in front of the goal 83 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Tracy's goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jessie Wilkinson in the 89th minute of play forced Dominion FC's goalkeeper Willard Romano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The attack was good, but when Jessie Wilkinson in the 94th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 96 minutes into the match, Dominion FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jessie Wilkinson came free, but Willard Romano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominion FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
