Moshe Sweet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Reliance FC booed when Simcoe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dannie Woods didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Reliance FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
