Spectators: 6717 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rodney Kiser took the kick off in the first half of the match. Roberto Burgos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Landon Nix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodney Kiser in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walker McKinnon saved Anson from getting behind. After having played for 7 minutes, Andrea Watt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ottova FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrea Watt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute, Rodney Kiser made a precise shot to the right of Walker McKinnon. Anson's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Anson's Ahmad Beebe got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Benny Tardif hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodney Kiser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Walker McKinnon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Andrea Watt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Walker McKinnon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rodney Kiser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walker McKinnon having to interfere. Erich Bourque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Walker McKinnon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Rodney Kiser's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walker McKinnon was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 41st minute, Andrea Watt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ottova FC's Roberto Burgos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Ottova FC from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

59 minutes into the game, Ahmad Beebe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anson's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ottova FC the free kick. The supporters of Ottova FC booed when Anson was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmad Beebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ottova FC's Rodney Kiser got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Anson's Benny Tardif got a free kick in the 73rd minute. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Landon Nix put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Roberto Burgos. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodney Kiser in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walker McKinnon saved Anson from getting behind. Andrea Watt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Ottova FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Anson throughout the match.
