Spectators: 6739 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Barton Werner took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Downsview got a freekick which was hit by Paschal Noël. Ottova FC's Roberto Burgos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Ottova FC from getting a goal against them. Benito Sams received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Roberto Burgos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ottova FC's zone, Paschal Noël stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roberto Burgos came out of the goal and Paschal Noël tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nigel Veilleux stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodney Kiser's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Rodney Kiser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Nigel Veilleux tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ottova FC's Roberto Burgos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barton Werner in the 28th minute of play. Paschal Noël took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roberto Burgos. Roberto Burgos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Rodney Kiser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Ottova FC fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Ottova FC's Rodney Kiser looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 44th minute, Rodney Kiser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

57 minutes into the match, Barton Werner notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Ottova FC's Roberto Burgos. Roberto Burgos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rodney Kiser could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Nigel Veilleux made a huge save. After 69 played minutes Downsview got a freekick which was hit by Demarcus Waters. In the 73rd minute, Rodney Kiser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute, Rodney Kiser reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nigel Veilleux. The goal made the score 3-2. When Rodney Kiser came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Ottova FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodney Kiser couldn't finish the play. Rodney Kiser charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodney Kiser the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st minute, Rodney Kiser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, Ottova FC's Rodney Kiser sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nigel Veilleux narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Downsview succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ottova FC had controlled the match.
