After having played for 22 minutes, Rolando Bryan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capasin AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolando Bryan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nigel Veilleux stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rolando Bryan's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Ronny Calderon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Nigel Veilleux tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute Rolando Bryan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nigel Veilleux saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 52nd match minute, Capasin AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Val Webb to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Capasin AFC's zone, Paschal Noël stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donny Burton came out of the goal and Paschal Noël tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paschal Noël blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Donny Burton having to make a save. Donny Burton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barton Werner in the 62nd minute of play. If Barton Werner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolando Bryan in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nigel Veilleux saved Downsview from getting behind. Downsview's Paschal Noël got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Downsview getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Benito Sams hit a great ball. Nigel Veilleux was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dieudonné Piper. In the 91st minute, Barton Werner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Barton Werner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Donny Burton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Capasin AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
