Théophile Lizotte made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Blair Odonnell sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th minute, Florencio Carr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 played minutes Capasin AFC got a freekick which was hit by Séverin German. After 34 played minutes Rolando Bryan rounded Devon F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Devon F.C.'s Théophile Lizotte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Calderon in the 37th minute of play. A throw-in in the 46th minute of the game was made by Dieudonné Piper with Val Webb as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 48 minutes of play, Capasin AFC's Blair Odonnell made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Théophile Lizotte was left in no man's land by his defense there!

After having played for 84 minutes, Joseph Vann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Devon F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Joseph Vann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eldridge Labrecque kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Théophile Lizotte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Bryan in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronny Calderon in the 90th minute of play forced Devon F.C.'s goalkeeper Théophile Lizotte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Devon F.C. defense, Blair Odonnell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Théophile Lizotte. The Devon F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Théophile Lizotte should have stopped the shot. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
