Spectators: 6752 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alberto Sizemore got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Surprise FC's goal looked a bit too open when Devin Benton came free, but Issac Wiggins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garth Pollard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Issac Wiggins having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Devin Benton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fiske fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Devin Benton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Surprise FC's Malik Lane got a free kick in the 20th minute. A collision led to Surprise FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Malik Lane hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Garth Pollard in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Issac Wiggins saved Surprise FC from getting behind. If Benjamin Cinq-Mars had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garth Pollard in the 35th minute of play forced Surprise FC's goalkeeper Issac Wiggins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Malik Lane hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Merrill Beltran sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Surprise FC's Issac Wiggins didn't even have to move. Jeff Charpie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fiske's Garth Pollard got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Devin Benton to strike the kick off in the second half. Gilbert Whitfield made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeff Charpie in the 52nd minute of play. If Malik Lane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeff Charpie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Gilbert Whitfield tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Sizemore in the 57th minute of play forced Fiske's goalkeeper Gilbert Whitfield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Surprise FC's goalkeeper Issac Wiggins, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cory Zamora hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Devin Benton in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Issac Wiggins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gilbert Whitfield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeff Charpie, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Devin Benton in the 69th minute of play forced Surprise FC's goalkeeper Issac Wiggins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st play minute Garth Pollard came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Issac Wiggins. 0-2. Alfred Echeverri charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfred Echeverri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 75 played minutes Surprise FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Echeverri. 76 minutes into the match, Fiske's Devin Benton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Issac Wiggins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Dee McCloud kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Issac Wiggins. That made the score 0-3 in the 79 minute of play. If Garth Pollard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeff Charpie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Sizemore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilbert Whitfield read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Garth Pollard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Issac Wiggins having to interfere. The Fiske players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
