Dane Rader didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Barich's Corin Rudolph shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Corin Rudolph received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Dane Rader tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Corin Rudolph shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dane Rader saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clifford Curry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Branden Fagan during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Sturgis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Branden Fagan to maneuver through the defense. The Barich fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Barich's Corin Rudolph looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loup Osborne in the 26th minute of play forced Sturgis's goalkeeper Dane Rader to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Corin Rudolph had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd match minute, Sturgis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joe Panetier to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Barich's Lon Pennington tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Loup Osborne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Clément Gibbs made the kick off in the second half. Loup Osborne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 55 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Delgado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sturgis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barich the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sturgis's Ferdinand Delgado got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Corin Rudolph managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barich's supporters rose to their feet, but Corin Rudolph was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dane Rader breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clément Gibbs in the 58th minute of play forced Barich's goalkeeper Carl Jackson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Barich's goal looked a bit too open when Louis Lebrun came free, but Carl Jackson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clément Gibbs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carl Jackson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clément Gibbs in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Barich's Herb Rutherford got a free kick in the 69th minute. Clément Gibbs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Carl Jackson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Corin Rudolph dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dane Rader, 0-3. After some careless play in the Barich defense, Clément Gibbs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carl Jackson. The Barich fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carl Jackson should have stopped the shot. Carl Jackson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clément Gibbs in the 86th minute of play. Barich's Corin Rudolph got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Sturgis getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Robbie Strickland hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clément Gibbs in the 94th minute of play forced Barich's goalkeeper Carl Jackson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Barich eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
