The audience thought a goal was coming when Shannon Hickman got free with Stephen Sirois in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rayford Parmentier scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stephen Sirois, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julian Crowder hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Rayford Parmentier took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stephen Sirois. Stephen Sirois dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Stephen Sirois stood somewhat misplaced when Rayford Parmentier came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 13 minute. After a rather tough play, Wesleyville AFC's Mary Valencia got a free kick in the 15th minute. Rayford Parmentier who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Stephen Sirois when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 20 minutes into the match, Cowansville's Rayford Parmentier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stephen Sirois narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stephen Sirois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shannon Hickman's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. The audience was convinced that Shannon Hickman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stephen Sirois was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Shannon Hickman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of Cowansville booed when Wesleyville AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaétan Fraser didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Wesleyville AFC's zone, Shannon Hickman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stephen Sirois came out of the goal and Shannon Hickman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rayford Parmentier got free with Stephen Sirois in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Shannon Hickman struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Stephen Sirois didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cowansville. In the 48th minute, Shannon Hickman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the match, Olin Coffman notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Wesleyville AFC's Stephen Sirois. Stephen Sirois was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stephen Sirois didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shannon Hickman went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Stephen Sirois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rayford Parmentier's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Stephen Sirois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shannon Hickman, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Rayford Parmentier made a precise shot to the right of Stephen Sirois. Wesleyville AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. When Reginald Thurman fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wesleyville AFC's protests and gave Reginald Thurman a yellow card for diving instead. When Shannon Hickman came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Cowansville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shannon Hickman couldn't finish the play. Reginald Thurman hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the game, Christophe Gallegos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wesleyville AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cowansville the free kick. A collision led to Wesleyville AFC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Christophe Gallegos hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rayford Parmentier in the 73rd minute of play forced Wesleyville AFC's goalkeeper Stephen Sirois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cowansville's Shannon Hickman got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute Shannon Hickman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephen Sirois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stephen Sirois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rayford Parmentier in the 92nd minute of play. A collision led to Wesleyville AFC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Christophe Gallegos hit a great ball. There was no doubt that Cowansville were the better team. Cowansville's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
