Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kelvin Franklin made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Junior Ruel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pacofi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Junior Ruel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th match minute, Manitowaning AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garry Simard to maneuver through the defense. Manitowaning AFC's Anton Migneron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Junior Ruel in the 10th minute of play. With a little luck, Pacofi FC's Lyman Reece got control of the ball when Phillip Nadeau tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Phillip Nadeau could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Lyman Reece however easily saved by the left post. Teodoro Kinney hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Eloi Savoie kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Lyman Reece came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Manitowaning AFC's Thaddeus Beauchemin. But to his dismay, Thaddeus Beauchemin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 40 minutes into the game, Pacofi FC's Damian Person nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anton Migneron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Anton Migneron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Junior Ruel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Manitowaning AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pacofi FC were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damian Person stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Junior Ruel got free with Anton Migneron in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Pacofi FC's zone, Kelvin Franklin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lyman Reece came out of the goal and Kelvin Franklin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Junior Ruel's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anton Migneron firmly grabbed it by the left post. Damian Person struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Anton Migneron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pacofi FC. Denny Archer hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Manitowaning AFC's Phillip Nadeau got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 77 played minutes Pacofi FC got a freekick which was hit by Wallace Lacey. If Phillip Nadeau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anton Migneron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Person, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. With a little luck, Manitowaning AFC's Anton Migneron got control of the ball when Junior Ruel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damian Person sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thaddeus Beauchemin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lyman Reece having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Garry Simard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manitowaning AFC's Anton Migneron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Person in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pacofi FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
