Spectators: 6752 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Otto Lake took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Olivier Brower shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Ashley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dogpound's Arnoldo Frappier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Lake in the 7th minute of play. When Otto Lake came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Patricia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otto Lake couldn't finish the play. After 16 minutes of play, Patricia's Barnabé Barber made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnoldo Frappier was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th minute, Barrett Whitley had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cornell Hooks during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Barnabé Barber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Frappier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barnabé Barber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barnabé Barber in the 32nd minute of play forced Dogpound's goalkeeper Arnoldo Frappier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 39 minutes on the clock, Nicodème Giles commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 41st minute there was a penalty for Dogpound. Phil Rocher stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Peter Ashley. 1-2. In the 43rd minute, Raoul Cheek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peter Ashley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phil Rocher, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Buck Forbes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 47 minutes into the match, Dogpound's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Comer came free, but Arnoldo Frappier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Olivier Brower made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Patricia's Otto Lake fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Quinn Levine managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patricia's supporters rose to their feet, but Quinn Levine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Frappier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Quinn Levine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Frappier having to interfere. Otto Lake blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnoldo Frappier having to make a save. If Otto Lake had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otto Lake received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Arnoldo Frappier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Willie Darnell kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Buck Forbes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patricia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Buck Forbes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Dogpound's zone, Otto Lake stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Frappier came out of the goal and Otto Lake tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd match minute, Dogpound was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willie Darnell to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Otto Lake got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Sang Brandt kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute of the match, Otto Lake got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arnoldo Frappier was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cornell Hooks hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Roger Comer in the 86th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a defensive mix-up in Dogpound's zone, Otto Lake stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Frappier came out of the goal and Otto Lake tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Otto Lake sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Patricia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dogpound throughout the match.
