A collision led to Hartland getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Sean Richard hit a great ball. In the 5th minute of the match Milan Valentine shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abe Ramos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Maxwell Stern received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Rashad Magee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Luseland's Ismael Aponte in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hartland's goalie prevented a goal. In the 14th minute Shane Hoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abe Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rashad Magee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxwell Stern, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abe Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Aponte in the 17th minute of play. A collision led to Luseland getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Renaldo Alston hit a great ball. In the 25th minute of the match Willard Ford shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abe Ramos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hartland's goalkeeper Abe Ramos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nick Swan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rashad Magee having to interfere. After 34 minutes of play, Hartland's Nick Swan made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rashad Magee was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 40 minutes, Ismael Aponte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luseland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Aponte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 41 played minutes Hartland got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Sheppard. Ismael Aponte blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abe Ramos having to make a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ismael Aponte made a kick off. Shane Hoff's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 51stth minute, Abe Ramos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Hartland getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Cedrick Hill hit a great ball. Vincent Leal charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vincent Leal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes Hartland got a freekick which was hit by Vincent Leal. 57 minutes into the match, Luseland's Milan Valentine broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Shane Hoff in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abe Ramos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rodrick Hagen hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Shane Hoff succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 64th playminute. Shane Hoff struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Abe Ramos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luseland. In the 69th minute, Darell Couture hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luseland's Rashad Magee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nick Swan in the 70th minute of play. Shane Hoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abe Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Aponte in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85thth minute of the game Ismael Aponte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hartland's Abe Ramos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Shane Hoff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abe Ramos having to interfere. If Maxwell Stern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
