Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 0) ARMY CANADA's Gail Paradis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Orville Titus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdul Grignon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lamont Weston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loic Greene in the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to Warren getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Tyrell Haines hit a great ball. Tory Théberge's late challenge caught a ARMY CANADA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tory Théberge helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ARMY CANADA booed when Warren was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tory Théberge didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 minutes, Wilbert Madsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Warren and the ARMY CANADA players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of ARMY CANADA booed when Warren was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilbert Madsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute Abdul Grignon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orville Titus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 minutes of play, Warren's Wilbert Madsen made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orville Titus was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gail Paradis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lamont Weston having to interfere. Stacey Guerra hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Abdul Grignon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Orville Titus, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abdul Grignon to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Warren's goal looked a bit too open when Gail Paradis came free, but Lamont Weston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augustine Rivas kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. A collision led to Warren getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Augustine Rivas hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, ARMY CANADA's Lamont Weston threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gail Paradis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 69th minute of the match Ike Forbes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lamont Weston showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Orville Titus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilbert Madsen in the 76th minute of play. Gail Paradis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ARMY CANADA's Orville Titus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilbert Madsen in the 82nd minute of play. In the 87th minute Abdul Grignon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orville Titus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdul Grignon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orville Titus having to interfere. If Wilbert Madsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilbert Madsen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orville Titus having to make a save. Warren's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
