Spectators: 6720 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 0) ARMY CANADA's Gail Paradis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cesaire Renaud in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orville Titus saved ARMY CANADA from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Linwood Wiggins during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Beaverdam FC's Linwood Wiggins got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 22nd minute Loic Greene shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Yoder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Gail Paradis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raul Yoder. Beaverdam FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gail Paradis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Keven Stratton got free with Orville Titus in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Orville Titus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Keven Stratton in the 35th minute. Loic Greene sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gail Paradis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesaire Renaud was the one to do the kick off. Orville Titus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesaire Renaud in the 54th minute of the match. Loic Greene sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 59th match minute, Beaverdam FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Linwood Wiggins to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, ARMY CANADA's Ike Forbes tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Beaverdam FC's goalkeeper Raul Yoder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loic Greene. In the 64th minute Cesaire Renaud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orville Titus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Keven Stratton notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of ARMY CANADA's Orville Titus. Orville Titus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Linwood Wiggins kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Keven Stratton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Orville Titus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gail Paradis struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Raul Yoder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARMY CANADA. A collision led to Beaverdam FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Linwood Wiggins hit a great ball. Raul Yoder made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Loic Greene sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes into the game, Cesaire Renaud cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Orville Titus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Raul Yoder was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isidro Faust showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 91 minute of play. Cesaire Renaud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orville Titus having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
