Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kermit Bouchard took the kick off in the first half of the match. Kermit Bouchard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Orville Titus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Coulter booed when ARMY CANADA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ike Forbes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chase Guillory blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orville Titus having to make a save. ARMY CANADA's Orville Titus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chase Guillory in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of ARMY CANADA booed when Coulter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Granville Pulliam didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Chase Guillory sped through ARMY CANADA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Orville Titus. Loic Greene sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Loic Greene struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Antwan Bowman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARMY CANADA. 25 minutes into the match, ARMY CANADA's Gail Paradis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antwan Bowman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 26 played minutes Coulter got a freekick which was hit by Jamal Dupéré. If Gail Paradis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gail Paradis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute Chase Guillory shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orville Titus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gail Paradis made a kick off. Chase Guillory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antwan Bowman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gail Paradis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lawrence Joiner's late challenge caught a Coulter's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lawrence Joiner helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of ARMY CANADA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Coulter:s goal. Josh Holloway walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Gail Paradis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chase Guillory received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Orville Titus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Chase Guillory had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orville Titus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kermit Bouchard, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. When the match was over Coulter could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ARMY CANADA throughout the match.
