Spectators: 6718 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Amos Haas made the kick off which started today's match. When Hassan Haywood fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bindloss AFC's protests and gave Hassan Haywood a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Waterdown booed when Bindloss AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hassan Haywood didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amos Haas struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Omer Auger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Waterdown. Carey Rouleau charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carey Rouleau the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carey Rouleau kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Amos Haas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Jospeh Ellison's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reuben Lin was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 27th minute, Carey Rouleau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivan Primeau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Waterdown defense, Jospeh Ellison kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reuben Lin. The Waterdown fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reuben Lin should have stopped the shot. In the 39th match minute, Waterdown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvis Kincaid to maneuver through the defense. Reuben Lin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jospeh Ellison in the 43rd minute of play. Hassan Haywood received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Reuben Lin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivan Primeau made a kick off. Ivan Primeau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ivan Primeau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Amos Haas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Omer Auger was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Jospeh Ellison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reuben Lin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Waterdown's zone, Ivan Primeau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reuben Lin came out of the goal and Ivan Primeau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Omer Auger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amos Haas in the 68th minute of the match. Reuben Lin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Primeau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basile Kane in the 75th minute of play forced Waterdown's goalkeeper Reuben Lin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waterdown's Reuben Lin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Primeau in the 78th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Waterdown's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Primeau came free, but Reuben Lin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Waterdown getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Carey Rouleau hit a great ball. Jospeh Ellison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reuben Lin having to interfere. Jospeh Ellison struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Reuben Lin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bindloss AFC. Jérôme Alfaro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Omer Auger having to make a save. If Jérôme Alfaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Bindloss AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Waterdown throughout the match.
