In the 14thth minute of the game Joseph Hillman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wainwright AFC's Aldo Pendleton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carol Oliver was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raymond Lagacé showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. Carol Oliver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Hale, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The Janeville AFC fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Janeville AFC's Joseph Hillman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 24th match minute, Janeville AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Welch to maneuver through the defense. Janeville AFC's Carol Oliver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raymond Lagacé in the 28th minute of play. Aldo Pendleton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rudolf Guzman's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Raymond Lagacé struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Carol Oliver didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wainwright AFC. When Raymond Lagacé came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Wainwright AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raymond Lagacé couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute, Simon Welch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Raymond Lagacé sped through Janeville AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carol Oliver. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Raymond Lagacé made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Joseph Hillman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carol Oliver took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raymond Lagacé, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 55 played minutes Janeville AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bernard Elmore. After recieving a nice pass, Janeville AFC's Danilo Keyes tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Aldo Pendleton made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Rudolf Guzman sent off a good shot on target. Carol Oliver took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jourdain Cullen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carol Oliver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymond Lagacé in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raymond Lagacé in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carol Oliver prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rudolf Guzman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Aldo Pendleton made a huge save. Jourdain Cullen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rudolf Guzman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joseph Hillman had several of the Wainwright AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 89 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Aldo Pendleton as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 92nd match minute, Janeville AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Welch to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jourdain Cullen in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carol Oliver saved Janeville AFC from getting behind. If Raymond Lagacé had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
