Jeramy Witt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Burnette in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Sintaluta's goal looked a bit too open when Millard King came free, but Stewart Broussard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Joel Landrum took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jeramy Witt to make any attempt to save it. When Pavilion AFC's Millard King in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sintaluta's goalie prevented a goal. Emanuel Burnette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeramy Witt having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Jacques Mosher left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pavilion AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 31st minute Pavilion AFC were awarded a corner. Stevie Ouellet went to the cornerflag to take it. Stewart Broussard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Millard King, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Pavilion AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Burnette came free, but Jeramy Witt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Landrum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeramy Witt having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Sintaluta's Joel Landrum nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeramy Witt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

In the 52nd match minute, Sintaluta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léonce Aaron to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Jacques Mosher managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pavilion AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacques Mosher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stewart Broussard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Burnette in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeramy Witt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st match minute, Pavilion AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stephan Hodges to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Burnette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeramy Witt having to interfere. Jacques Mosher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Sintaluta's goalkeeper Stewart Broussard had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacques Mosher. Emanuel Burnette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Jeramy Witt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Sintaluta were the better team. Sintaluta's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
