Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) Seebe AFC's Dannie Hampton started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Israel McManus might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lance Duplessis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Israel McManus ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfred Looney made an important save on a dangerous shot by Neal Benjamin in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute Israel McManus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lance Duplessis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Witherspoon kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. If Israel McManus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert Snell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Lance Duplessis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jayson Maher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Alfred Looney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jayson Maher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Looney having to interfere. 0-1 became the score in the 26th minute when Dannie Hampton elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Alfred Looney came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lloydminster FC's Neal Benjamin. But to his dismay, Neal Benjamin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 38thth minute of the game Dannie Hampton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lloydminster FC's Lance Duplessis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Frank Mayberry fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lloydminster FC's protests and gave Frank Mayberry a yellow card for diving instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jayson Maher to strike the kick off in the second half. If Neal Benjamin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lance Duplessis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dannie Hampton's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Neal Benjamin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Alfred Looney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfred Looney didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jayson Maher went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Dannie Hampton kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lance Duplessis. That made the score 2-2 in the 84 minute of play. When Dannie Hampton came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Seebe AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dannie Hampton couldn't finish the play.
