Spectators: 6735 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Allan Palencia made the kick off which started today's match. Alonzo Kline charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alonzo Kline the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tyler Hearn during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Whitewood getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Tyler Hearn hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Whitewood's Harold Tracy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Shirley Ezell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristobal Rivera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Weidenfeller having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, McGillivray FC's goal looked a bit too open when Harold Tracy came free, but Shirley Ezell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Whitewood fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Whitewood's Allan Palencia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 34th minute, Harold Tracy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute, Dewitt Charles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Allan Palencia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Shirley Ezell was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Harold Tracy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Shirley Ezell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shirley Ezell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Allan Palencia's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Allan Palencia in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shirley Ezell saved McGillivray FC from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristobal Rivera to make the kick off. Allan Palencia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Shirley Ezell made a huge save. Shirley Ezell made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Harold Tracy sent off a good shot on target. Allan Palencia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harold Tracy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shirley Ezell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. After 63 played minutes McGillivray FC got a freekick which was hit by Clinton Odonnell. After 64 minutes, Allan Palencia made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. McGillivray FC's Shirley Ezell tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Whitewood's Tyler Hearn got a free kick in the 75th minute. Allan Palencia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Prospero Majus short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Shirley Ezell to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 90th minute, Dewitt Charles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Prospero Maju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shirley Ezell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dewitt Charles in the 95th minute of play. Prospero Maju recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Whitewood left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than McGillivray FC.
