Morgan Sampson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Scott Ring showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timothée Barry, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The supporters of Chauvin booed when Pinchi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rich Bassett didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 11 played minutes, Chauvin's Reynaldo Salois shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bryce Boston came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chauvin reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Chauvin's zone, Arnold Doran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Scott Ring came out of the goal and Arnold Doran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timothée Barry in the 19th minute of play forced Chauvin's goalkeeper Scott Ring to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 1-0 became the score in the 21st minute when Timothée Barry elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 24th minute Timothée Barry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Scott Ring saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Morgan Sampson in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bryce Boston saved Pinchi from getting behind. In the 32nd match minute, Chauvin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Micheal Tyson to maneuver through the defense. Arnold Doran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Scott Ring tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Morgan Sampson in the 38th minute of play forced Pinchi's goalkeeper Bryce Boston to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44thth minute of the game Morgan Sampson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pinchi's Bryce Boston was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnold Doran got free with Scott Ring in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timothée Barry made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Chauvin's goal looked a bit too open when Timothée Barry came free, but Scott Ring reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Morgan Sampson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Joan Earl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Morgan Sampson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bryce Boston was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Timothée Barry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Scott Ring tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute of the match Rodrigo Chevrette shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Scott Ring showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Chauvin's Scott Ring played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timothée Barry in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Timothée Barry got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Pinchi's goal looked a bit too open when Morgan Sampson came free, but Bryce Boston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Morgan Sampson in the 86th minute of play forced Pinchi's goalkeeper Bryce Boston to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnold Doran in the 89th minute of play forced Chauvin's goalkeeper Scott Ring to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Timothée Barry managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pinchi's supporters rose to their feet, but Timothée Barry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Scott Ring breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Scott Ring came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pinchi's Timothée Barry. But to his dismay, Timothée Barry quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Pinchi's Bryce Boston proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Pinchi from getting a goal against them.
