Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Emile Dennis made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bradly Varner got free with Alfonso Betts in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 5th match minute, Harwood FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renaud McLeod to maneuver through the defense. After 7 played minutes Neelin got a freekick which was hit by Hippolyte Tanguay. Neelin's Bradly Varner got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13thth minute of the game Emile Dennis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Neelin's Scottie Lacombe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Harwood FC's Emile Dennis in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Neelin's goalie prevented a goal. Jan Lindsey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Betts having to interfere. Terry Dodd struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Scottie Lacombe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harwood FC. Scottie Lacombe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emile Dennis in the 21st minute of play. Emile Dennis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jan Lindsey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bradly Varner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Bradly Varner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 45 minutes, Jan Lindsey made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Harwood FC's Alfonso Betts tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Lindsey to make the kick off. Bradly Varner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 53 played minutes Harwood FC got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Beauchemin. Terry Dodd could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Scottie Lacombe made a huge save. In the 59th minute Jan Lindsey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Betts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bradly Varner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Harwood FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Lindsey came free, but Alfonso Betts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Betts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Lindsey, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Alfonso Betts came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Neelin's Jan Lindsey. But to his dismay, Jan Lindsey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A hard shot 74 in the game by Terry Dodd from a close distance when the talented Scottie Lacombe managed to make a qualified save. Neelin's players were relieved. Bradly Varner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Betts having to interfere. Bradly Varner might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfonso Betts. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bradly Varner ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan Lindsey struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Alfonso Betts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Neelin. Neelin's Bradly Varner got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Bradly Varner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neelin's supporters rose to their feet, but Bradly Varner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Betts breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jan Lindsey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Betts having to interfere. After 92nd play minutes Jan Lindsey shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Alfonso Betts and just under the crossbar into goal. Harwood FC's Alfonso Betts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Lindsey in the 97th minute of play. Neelin walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
