Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 12th minute Jan Lindsey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jules Fagan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Neelin's Jan Lindsey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jules Fagan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Benito Melanson fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neelin's protests and gave Benito Melanson a yellow card for diving instead. Jules Fagan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bradly Varner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Édouard Burnette in the 24th minute of play forced Neelin's goalkeeper Scottie Lacombe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Édouard Burnette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Rossburn's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Lindsey came free, but Jules Fagan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Don Croquetaigne hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd match minute, Neelin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arlie Moyer to maneuver through the defense. Jules Fagan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Lindsey, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Alonso Buckley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scottie Lacombe having to interfere. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rossburn's goalkeeper Jules Fagan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Rossburn booed when Neelin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertrand Curry didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Jan Lindsey made the kick off in the second half. Jan Lindsey might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jules Fagan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan Lindsey ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan Lindsey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jules Fagan having to interfere. Brice Dunlap hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Rossburn's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Lindsey came free, but Jules Fagan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jules Fagan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Lindsey in the 71st minute of the match. With a little luck, Neelin's Scottie Lacombe got control of the ball when Édouard Burnette tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jules Fagan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Lindsey in the 86th minute of play. Bradly Varner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jules Fagan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Lindsey, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Bradly Varner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
