The supporters of Rossburn booed when Ridgeville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Pickens didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Ira Altman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ridgeville's supporters rose to their feet, but Ira Altman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jules Fagan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rossburn's Jules Fagan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ira Altman in the 9th minute of play. Brain Maloney came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Rossburn's Édouard Burnette. But to his dismay, Édouard Burnette quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When Antonio Barger fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rossburn's protests and gave Antonio Barger a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute, one of Rossburn:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rossburn. Ridgeville's Ira Altman got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute Dorian Corbin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jules Fagan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute Ira Altman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jules Fagan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jules Fagan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorian Corbin, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Jules Fagan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ira Altman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Alonso Buckley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brain Maloney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonso Buckley in the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ridgeville's Bernardo Snyder got a free kick in the 75th minute. Ira Altman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dorian Corbin in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jules Fagan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jules Fagan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ira Altman, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Ira Altman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Édouard Burnette had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ridgeville walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
