Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Christophe Major took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 11 played minutes Delburne got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Séguin. In the 11th minute, Ronny Séguin fired away a hard free kick towards the goal. Buddy Monty moved to his left, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went out of bounds. Léonce Duhamel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Evrard Hills. Delburne's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Delburne's Ronny Séguin got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christophe Major sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronny Séguin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Buddy Monty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christophe Major fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Buddy Monty having to interfere. In the 30thth minute of the game Lucien Coyle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Delburne's Evrard Hills was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucien Coyle to strike the kick off in the second half. Ronny Séguin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Buddy Monty having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronny Séguin in the 58th minute of play forced Haleys AFC's goalkeeper Buddy Monty to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christophe Major blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Buddy Monty having to make a save. If Lucien Coyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Ruben Gosselin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Buddy Monty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronny Séguin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delburne's Ronny Séguin managed to work through Haleys AFC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ronny Séguin dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Ronny Séguin scored 2-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Buddy Monty, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucien Coyle charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucien Coyle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Brain Laforge kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Haleys AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Delburne.
