Alvaro Chacon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milford Wood, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Rankin in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Chacon saved Cloridorme from getting behind. Milford Wood received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Alvaro Chacon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Cloridorme's goal looked a bit too open when Milford Wood came free, but Alvaro Chacon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Limoges AFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Romeo Lafond hit a great ball. Vicente Potter, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 35th minute, Manuel Dove got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Milford Wood received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Alvaro Chacon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 minutes of play, Limoges AFC's Milford Wood made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Chacon was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Limoges AFC's Michael Barney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rob Peck in the 52nd minute of play. Rémi Béland charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rémi Béland the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 0-2 came through a penalty shot after 57 played minutes, when Limoges AFC:s Jeramy McConnell calmly waited for Cloridorme:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. In the 60th minute Manuel Dove shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Barney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loyd Pickett's late challenge caught a Cloridorme's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Loyd Pickett helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd minute Rob Peck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Barney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Alvaro Chacon successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Cloridorme's Alvaro Chacon got control of the ball when Milford Wood tried to sneak it across the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Archie Irvin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
