Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Wilbert Duvall got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Hardisty AFC booed when Peterbell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clay Owens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilbert Duvall scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nathaniel Pittman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the game, Hardisty AFC's Wilbert Duvall nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nathaniel Pittman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 20th minute, Roy Ludwig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes, Wilbert Duvall made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Peterbell's Nathaniel Pittman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Geoffrey Ouellette was in a good position and ended up with the ball after Hardisty AFC's free kick, but he didn't get a good hit on the ball and blazed it high and to the right of the goal. Wilbert Duvall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathaniel Pittman having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Peterbell's zone, Geoffrey Ouellette stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nathaniel Pittman came out of the goal and Geoffrey Ouellette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute, Roy Ludwig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Erasmo Kennedy came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Peterbell fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Kennedy couldn't finish the play. Nathaniel Pittman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilbert Duvall in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geraldo Piper in the 40th minute of play forced Hardisty AFC's goalkeeper Lindsey Watkins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilbert Duvall's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nathaniel Pittman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Geoffrey Ouellette recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Peterbell's Bertram Baron got a free kick in the 44th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Geoffrey Ouellette had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nathaniel Pittman. Peterbell's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geoffrey Ouellette was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Guillory to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Erasmo Kennedy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lindsey Watkins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Geoffrey Ouellette came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Hardisty AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geoffrey Ouellette couldn't finish the play. Geoffrey Ouellette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathaniel Pittman having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Geoffrey Ouellette got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geoffrey Ouellette recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89thth minute of the game Wilbert Duvall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peterbell's Nathaniel Pittman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Bertram Baron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peterbell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertram Baron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Peterbell's goalkeeper Nathaniel Pittman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geoffrey Ouellette. Hardisty AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
