Weldon AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Turin the free kick. In the 62nd minute, Guy Hammons sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Turin's Parker McDowell didn't even have to move. 74 minutes into the game, Marlin Golden was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Collin Mothé. The supporters of Turin booed when Weldon AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lupe Lussier didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Gayle Manley kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Collin Mothé. That made the score 0-3 in the 95 minute of play. In the 99th minute Raymon Golden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Parker McDowell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Turin eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
