Spectators: 6717 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 0) Perry Hays started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Matador's zone, Taylor Mathieu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Brewer came out of the goal and Taylor Mathieu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dennis Brewer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Winfred Easley's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Matador's Dennis Brewer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Morse in the 11th minute of play. With a little luck, Teepee AFC's Cyrille Spence got control of the ball when Warren Bush tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Otto Morse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute Winfred Easley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Brewer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Winfred Easley put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dennis Brewer. When Otto Morse came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Teepee AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otto Morse couldn't finish the play. The Teepee AFC fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Teepee AFC's Otto Morse looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Teepee AFC's Cyrille Spence got control of the ball when Warren Bush tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Warren Bush had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Otto Morse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dennis Brewer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Winfred Easley in the 60th minute. Cyrille Spence showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Warren Bush, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Dennis Brewer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Winfred Easley in the 83rd minute of play. Winfred Easley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Winfred Easley in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Brewer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Warren Bush managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matador's supporters rose to their feet, but Warren Bush was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cyrille Spence breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 93 minutes, Perry Hays managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Matador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Perry Hays was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Teepee AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Teepee AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
