The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kendall Beal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamaal McNeal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jamaal McNeal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Kendall Beal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th match minute, Chicotte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dewey Kimball to maneuver through the defense. Kendall Beal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jamaal McNeal's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. With a little luck, Chicotte FC's Kendall Beal got control of the ball when Jose Blanco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jose Blanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Kendall Beal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose Blanco got free with Kendall Beal in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Chicotte FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Dillon Kinsey hit a great ball. Kendall Beal was a little too slow when Jamaal McNeal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-0. Dewey Kimball fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnie Griffith having to interfere. If Haywood Compton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johnie Griffith took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haywood Compton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Jamaal McNeal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kendall Beal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee gave Cann AFC a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Demetrius Beauchesne, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chicotte FC's Kendall Beal. 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Dewey Kimball made the kick off in the second half. Teddy Fink kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santiago Mock during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jose Blanco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jose Blanco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kendall Beal having to interfere. Haywood Compton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Johnie Griffith tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Jose Blanco put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Kendall Beal. Haywood Compton took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johnie Griffith. Johnie Griffith dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 88 minutes into the match, Cann AFC's goalkeeper Johnie Griffith had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haywood Compton. Jose Blanco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kendall Beal having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wes Carrillo in the 93rd minute of play forced Chicotte FC's goalkeeper Kendall Beal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kendall Beal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamaal McNeal in the 96th minute of play. Cann AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
