The audience was convinced that Luis Swain's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kendall Beal was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Kendall Beal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marshall Kirkland, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Marshall Kirkland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Westholme's supporters rose to their feet, but Marshall Kirkland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kendall Beal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luis Swain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Westholme's Elliott Coronado got a free kick in the 24th minute. Santiago Mock hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Westholme's goalkeeper Rolland Britt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Haywood Compton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 31 played minutes Westholme got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Boone. Haywood Compton who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Rolland Britt when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Westholme's Rolland Britt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dewey Kimball in the 34th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Westholme's goal looked a bit too open when Dewey Kimball came free, but Rolland Britt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dewey Kimball in the 42nd minute of play forced Westholme's goalkeeper Rolland Britt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th match minute, Westholme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lionel Snow to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of Westholme:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chicotte FC:s goal. The referee gave Chicotte FC a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Robert Dawson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Westholme's Rolland Britt. 1-1. 73 minutes into the match, Chicotte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Swain came free, but Kendall Beal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Santiago Mock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Swain in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kendall Beal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dewey Kimball recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Haywood Compton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the game, Henry Trejo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Westholme's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chicotte FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Westholme's Henry Trejo got a free kick in the 94th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
