Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pascal Pickett made the kick off which started today's match. The crowd rose to their feet as Rosevear's Pascal Pickett slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Guillaume Kincaid. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. Rosevear's Octavio Gauthier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apollinaire Fitch in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Rosevear booed when Standhope FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Boyer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascal Pickett's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guillaume Kincaid read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Edward Lécuyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Clements during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th match minute, Standhope FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Clements to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Guillaume Kincaid successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 28th match minute, Standhope FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jackson Blalock to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Jackson Blalock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Standhope FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jackson Blalock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octavio Gauthier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Apollinaire Fitch in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavio Gauthier saved Rosevear from getting behind. Abel Barnes's late challenge caught a Rosevear's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Barnes helped the player get up and apologised. After 35 played minutes Standhope FC got a freekick which was hit by Abel Barnes. In the 40th minute Pascal Pickett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillaume Kincaid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Standhope FC's Guillaume Kincaid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascal Pickett in the 41st minute of play. 48 minutes into the game, Curtis Dupont was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Standhope FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosevear the free kick. A collision led to Standhope FC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Curtis Dupont hit a great ball. With his leg Guillaume Kincaid managed to avoid a goal in the 49thth minute, when Rosevear's Edward Lécuyer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Apollinaire Fitch to make the kick off. Standhope FC's Guillaume Kincaid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Lécuyer in the 57th minute of play. Standhope FC's Rodrigo Clements got his second yellow card of the match in the 57th minute. The referee ordered Rodrigo Clements off the ground. In the 58th minute, Rodrigo Clements hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edward Lécuyer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Guillaume Kincaid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pascal Pickett in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guillaume Kincaid saved Standhope FC from getting behind. Jackson Blalock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jackson Blalock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Gauthier having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Rosevear's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Abel Barnes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jackson Blalock could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Octavio Gauthier made a huge save. Eldon Querry hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Edward Lécuyer might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guillaume Kincaid. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Lécuyer ran back to his position shaking his head. When Rosevear's Pascal Pickett in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Standhope FC's goalie prevented a goal. Octavio Gauthier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jackson Blalock in the 89th minute. After having played for 92 minutes, Jackson Blalock managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Standhope FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jackson Blalock was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guillaume Kincaid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascal Pickett, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. In the 97th minute, Abel Barnes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosevear's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
