In the 17th minute Quintin Ladner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kirby Champagne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vernon Burris got free with Jérôme Trujillo in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kirby Champagne came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Boundary's Quintin Ladner. But to his dismay, Quintin Ladner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Pedro Hurd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Louis Guevara kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Hurd in the 34th minute of play forced Boundary's goalkeeper Jérôme Trujillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 minutes of play, Hatton FC's Vernon Burris made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jérôme Trujillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Quintin Ladner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Hurd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jérôme Trujillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Hurd in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jérôme Trujillo saved Boundary from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frederick Savoie in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kirby Champagne saved Hatton FC from getting behind. When Quintin Ladner came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Boundary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quintin Ladner couldn't finish the play. Quintin Ladner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Kirby Champagne made a huge save. After some careless play in the Hatton FC defense, Quintin Ladner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kirby Champagne. The Hatton FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kirby Champagne should have stopped the shot. If Quintin Ladner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kirby Champagne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederick Savoie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quintin Ladner got free with Kirby Champagne in the 100th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
