Spectators: 6403 (Terracing: 5002, Seating: 1401, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Barney Barlow made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Armand-Lavergne FC defense, Quinton Watt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Terry Choi. The Armand-Lavergne FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Terry Choi should have stopped the shot. 10 minutes into the game, Dane Chevrette was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Armand-Lavergne FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Macgregor FC the free kick. Dane Chevrette kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Quinton Watt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terry Choi having to interfere. After 20th play minutes Gaylord Melendez shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Allan Negron and just under the crossbar into goal. Terry Choi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quinton Watt in the 26th minute of play. Barney Barlow might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Allan Negron. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Barney Barlow ran back to his position shaking his head. Rudolf Schaffer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Allan Negron came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Armand-Lavergne FC's Barney Barlow. But to his dismay, Barney Barlow quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When Barney Barlow came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Armand-Lavergne FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barney Barlow couldn't finish the play. Barney Barlow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, Macgregor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmund Schneider came free, but Allan Negron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Quinton Watt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Terry Choi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quinton Watt in the 52nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barney Barlow in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Allan Negron prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Barney Barlow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Negron having to interfere. After 57 minutes of play, Armand-Lavergne FC's Barney Barlow made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Allan Negron was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dane Chevrette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Allan Negron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaylord Melendez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute Barney Barlow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Negron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Barney Barlow made a precise shot to the right of Allan Negron. Macgregor FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. Edmund Schneider kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barney Barlow in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaylord Melendez in the 87th minute of play forced Macgregor FC's goalkeeper Allan Negron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Terry Choi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zackary Benton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Macgregor FC's Terry Choi threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zackary Benton, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Armand-Lavergne FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
