An unexpectedly hard shot by Florence Bliss in the 11th minute of play forced Rosevear's goalkeeper Octavio Gauthier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Florence Bliss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florence Bliss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Octavio Gauthier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Canol AFC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Sylvestre Whitaker hit a great ball. When Pascal Pickett came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Rosevear fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascal Pickett couldn't finish the play. Canol AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pascal Pickett was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Canol AFC's Rosendo Petty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascal Pickett in the 28th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Pascal Pickett managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosevear's supporters rose to their feet, but Pascal Pickett was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rosendo Petty breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pascal Pickett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Demetrius Barney kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Edward Lécuyer might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rosendo Petty. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Lécuyer ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half Rosevear were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 52 played minutes Dominick Staples rounded Canol AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Edward Lécuyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After recieving a nice pass, Rosevear's Edmund Hubbard tried to score from far away in the 65th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Florence Bliss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 74 in the game by Edward Lécuyer from a close distance when the talented Rosendo Petty managed to make a qualified save. Canol AFC's players were relieved. Cedrick Bledsoe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Octavio Gauthier having to make a save. 84 minutes into the game, Eldon Querry was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rosevear's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canol AFC the free kick. Davis Koehler was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 85th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Pascal Pickett scored 0-4 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rosendo Petty, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rosevear's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
