Spectators: 6731 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rod Garza got the match started through his kick off. If Rod Garza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maynard Creech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rod Garza in the 7th minute of the match. Francesco Connolly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Maynard Creech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kirk Hilton during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 11 played minutes Hamilton FC got a freekick which was hit by Kirk Hilton. After 17 played minutes Elma AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tim Caldwell. 23 minutes into the match, Rod Garza notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Hamilton FC's Maynard Creech. Maynard Creech was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Rod Garza came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Elma AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rod Garza couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Elma AFC's Jayson Chatman got a free kick in the 35th minute. Tim Caldwell kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Elma AFC's Logan Caron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boyd Pierce in the 46th minute of play. Boyd Pierce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Logan Caron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boyd Pierce stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Dino London shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maynard Creech showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hamilton FC's Maynard Creech proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Hamilton FC from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the match, Elma AFC's Rod Garza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maynard Creech narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by Francesco Connolly got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Charles Fluet might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Logan Caron. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Charles Fluet ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boyd Pierce in the 82nd minute of play forced Elma AFC's goalkeeper Logan Caron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Elma AFC's goalkeeper Logan Caron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Charles Fluet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Rod Garza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maynard Creech. The goal made the score 0-2.
