Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Broderick Shearer started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the game, Dunnville's Broderick Shearer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Swenson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Taloyoak FC's goalkeeper Pedro Swenson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mitchel Muller. If Mitchel Muller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Taloyoak FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Thad Gifford hit a great ball. Pedro Swenson made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Mitchel Muller sent off a good shot on target. Royce Gaines stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Salvador Earl's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Mitchel Muller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Swenson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Taloyoak FC's goal looked a bit too open when Broderick Shearer came free, but Pedro Swenson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Long Crow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mitchel Muller could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Pedro Swenson made a huge save. Broderick Shearer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Long Crow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Broderick Shearer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Swenson having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Mitchel Muller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Taloyoak FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mitchel Muller fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salvador Earl was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mitchel Muller in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Swenson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Broderick Shearer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Swenson was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. The Dunnville fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Dunnville's Broderick Shearer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mitchel Muller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Pedro Swenson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 63 minutes, Broderick Shearer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dunnville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Broderick Shearer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Salvador Earl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Broderick Shearer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Pedro Swenson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Salvador Earl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Swenson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Broderick Shearer, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Salvador Earl recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Royce Gaines. Salvador Earl showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1.
