Bamberton's Emory Lacharité played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mitchel Muller in the 24th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Bamberton's goal looked a bit too open when Mitchel Muller came free, but Emory Lacharité reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emory Lacharité showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mitchel Muller, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Broderick Shearer was the one to do the kick off. Royce Gaines was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dunnville's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
