Spectators: 6715 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 0) Richelieu FC's Theo Herring started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Bradford Lyon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clermont's supporters rose to their feet, but Bradford Lyon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Sellers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute, Jerrold Quinones made a precise shot to the right of Royce Parsons. Clermont's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 31 minutes into the match, Kenton Mendoza notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Richelieu FC's Elias Sellers. Elias Sellers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute Theo Herring shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Royce Parsons saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Theo Herring received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Royce Parsons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bradford Lyon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Bradford Lyon made the kick off in the second half. Elias Sellers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bradford Lyon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Bradford Lyon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elias Sellers. Richelieu FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bradford Lyon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Kenton Mendoza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elias Sellers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bradford Lyon in the 74th minute of the match. When Bradford Lyon came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Clermont fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bradford Lyon couldn't finish the play. Kenton Mendoza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bradford Lyon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Royce Parsons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerrold Quinones, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 96 minutes into the match, Clermont's goal looked a bit too open when Theo Herring came free, but Royce Parsons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Clermont players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
