Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Jacques Dozier made the kick off and thus started the match. 6 minutes into the match, Terrell Cope notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Suffield's Taylor Dias. Taylor Dias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcelino Huston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Virgilio Quintana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terrell Cope in the 17th minute of play forced Suffield's goalkeeper Taylor Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donat Moser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 20 minutes, Terrell Cope managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glidden AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Terrell Cope was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacques Dozier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Quintana having to interfere. Marcelino Huston got in the 32nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Virgilio Quintana handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Taylor Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terrell Cope in the 42nd minute of the match. Marcelino Huston could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Virgilio Quintana made a huge save.
The wind increased when Terrell Cope made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Suffield's Elwood Krause got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Jacques Dozier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taylor Dias acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Deon Brewster. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Terrell Cope in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Taylor Dias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Suffield getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Guy Hendricks hit a great ball. Terrell Cope received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Taylor Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Glidden AFC's Virgilio Quintana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Huston in the 70th minute of play. After 74 played minutes Suffield got a freekick which was hit by Guy Hendricks. Terrell Cope was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 75th minute. Glidden AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Glidden AFC's Terrell Cope got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacques Dozier scored 1-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Virgilio Quintana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacques Dozier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Quintana having to interfere. Virgilio Quintana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacques Dozier in the 95th minute of the match. The Suffield supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Glidden AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Glidden AFC.
