After a rather tough play, Sherbrook AFC's Edgar Moran got a free kick in the 7th minute. When Sherbrook AFC's Ross Morrow in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Otterburne AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 17 minutes into the match, Sherbrook AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bryon Herman came free, but Kevin Tabor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bryon Herman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chung Wolf in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kevin Tabor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Otterburne AFC fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Otterburne AFC's Bryon Herman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Sherbrook AFC's Theirn Spicer got a free kick in the 27th minute. Donatien Mainville took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ross Morrow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chung Wolf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Kevin Tabor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bryon Herman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Tabor having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Ross Morrow made the kick off in the second half. Kevin Tabor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bryon Herman's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. After 59 minutes, Marin Archer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sherbrook AFC and the Otterburne AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marin Archer hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 62ndth minute of the game Edgar Moran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Otterburne AFC's Donatien Mainville was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 66 minutes, Chung Wolf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Otterburne AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chung Wolf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Sherbrook AFC's Edgar Moran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donatien Mainville narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kevin Tabor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryon Herman in the 88th minute of the match. Irving Fortune's late challenge caught a Sherbrook AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Irving Fortune helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th match minute, Otterburne AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Irving Fortune to maneuver through the defense. When Ross Morrow came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Sherbrook AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ross Morrow couldn't finish the play. Edgar Moran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sherbrook AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
