Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rodrigo Cruz got the match started through his kick off. Doyles's Nicolas Kearns got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute of the match Doyles got a corner. Pinebluff AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Gay ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Doyles's corner Mariano Gay fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Apollinaire Vasquez quite easily take care of the ball. Apollinaire Vasquez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodrigo Cruz's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. In the 13th minute of the match Roscoe Petty sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apollinaire Vasquez skillfully saved the ball. If Sherman Hopson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 25 minutes, Nicolas Kearns managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doyles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Kearns was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mariano Gay hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Stéphane Boisclair took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rob Boles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Pinebluff AFC booed when Doyles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ashley Porter didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rob Boles in the 37th minute of play forced Doyles's goalkeeper Stéphane Boisclair to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, one of Pinebluff AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pinebluff AFC. In the 45th minute there was a penalty for Doyles. Mariano Gay stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Apollinaire Vasquez. 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rob Boles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Cruz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Apollinaire Vasquez, 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yong Andersen during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Doyles booed when Pinebluff AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yong Andersen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stéphane Boisclair came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Pinebluff AFC's Sherman Hopson. But to his dismay, Sherman Hopson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 65th minute of the match Ambrose Smallwood sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stéphane Boisclair skillfully saved the ball. Rodrigo Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apollinaire Vasquez having to interfere. Apollinaire Vasquez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodrigo Cruz's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. If Rodrigo Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rob Boles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Stéphane Boisclair tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Pinebluff AFC's Apollinaire Vasquez got control of the ball when Nicolas Kearns tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Rodrigo Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudolf Starks was shown his second yellow card after 83 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After having played for 86 minutes, Nicolas Kearns managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doyles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Kearns was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Apollinaire Vasquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Cruz in the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd match minute, Pinebluff AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denny Weston to maneuver through the defense. Doyles played a much better game than Pinebluff AFC and deserved their victory. The Pinebluff AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
