Clay Rosales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philibert Beam, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Hectanooga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thanh Marin came free, but Clay Rosales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, Seaton AFC's Philibert Beam made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clay Rosales was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanh Marin struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Clay Rosales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seaton AFC. Cyrille Orr hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jospeh Reeder in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurèle Stafford prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th match minute, Seaton AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmond Hyatt to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 43 minutes, Sylvestre McCann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hectanooga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sylvestre McCann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Jospeh Reeder made the kick off in the second half. Jerrell Connell hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Philibert Beam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurèle Stafford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jospeh Reeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute Hectanooga FC were awarded a corner. Sid Donaldson went to the cornerflag to take it. Sid Donaldson made a great header on Hectanooga FC's corner, it was just that Seaton AFC's Aurèle Stafford managed to reach the ball for a save. Clay Rosales didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 68th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2.
