Spectators: 6740 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 0) Cedric Marsh was a little too slow when Kip Stovall got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Ismael Esquivel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Echols, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-1 became the score in the 12th minute when Nicolas Echols elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Lindbergh FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Cordell Desrosiers hit a great ball. Terry Souplet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kip Stovall in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cedric Marsh saved Lindbergh FC from getting behind. Terry Souplet struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Cedric Marsh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Strathlorne AFC. Jefferson Dempsey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ismael Esquivel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Strathlorne AFC's Matthieu Brennan got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Ismael Esquivel came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Lindbergh FC's Nicolas Echols. But to his dismay, Nicolas Echols quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Jefferson Dempsey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ismael Esquivel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cordell Desrosiers in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Esquivel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Terry Souplet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Strathlorne AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Terry Souplet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cedric Marsh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Terry Souplet took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cedric Marsh. Cedric Marsh dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Kip Stovall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicolas Echols received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ismael Esquivel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Lindbergh FC got a freekick which was hit by Elton Redding. Reinaldo Shea took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cedric Marsh. Lindbergh FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jefferson Dempsey during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Terry Souplet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cedric Marsh was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. If Terry Souplet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
