Alphonse McCarty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stan Bérard having to interfere. Lyndon Barrette in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stan Bérard, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Graham Hutchison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Stan Bérard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lyndon Barrette made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lyndon Barrette in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stan Bérard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 54 minutes into the match, Balzac's goal looked a bit too open when Hilario Kane came free, but Conrado Gentza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Lyndon Barrette fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balzac's protests and gave Lyndon Barrette a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Balzac getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Lyndon Barrette hit a great ball. If Miles Clinton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Gentza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hilario Kane in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Balzac fully deserved thier win.
