After a rather tough play, Bruno's Pascal Wiley got a free kick in the 45th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Gallows AFC's Davis Duran tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eloy Simpson was the one to do the kick off. Mohammed Bédard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gayle Olson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Gallows AFC's goalkeeper Jonathan Ulrich had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Garth Rainey. After having played for 56 minutes, Mohammed Bédard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gallows AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohammed Bédard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gallows AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Eloy Simpson 71 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-2. After having played for 74 minutes, Lon Morrison managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gallows AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lon Morrison was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mohammed Bédard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gayle Olson having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Lon Morrison's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gayle Olson was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Mohammed Bédard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jarvis Beauchamp's late challenge caught a Bruno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jarvis Beauchamp helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bruno booed when Gallows AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarvis Beauchamp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ulrich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Simpson in the 90th minute of play.
