Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jordan Frederick got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 5 minutes, Eddie Rowley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chelan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eddie Rowley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 6th minute, Dee Lehman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Chelan's goal looked a bit too open when Jordan Frederick came free, but Jacques Mathews reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eddie Rowley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eddie Rowley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute Landon Horn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Grier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Landon Horn blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolf Grier having to make a save. Rolf Grier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eddie Rowley in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Arelee getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Rey Epps hit a great ball. When Landon Horn came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Chelan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Landon Horn couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Landon Horn was the one to do the kick off. Landon Horn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Rolf Grier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolf Grier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Rowley in the 54th minute of play. Rolf Grier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddie Rowley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eddie Rowley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Rolf Grier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Arelee booed when Chelan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dee Lehman didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Arelee's Jacques Mathews threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jordan Frederick, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rolf Grier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Rowley in the 70th minute of play. Merlin Clavet kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The supporters of Arelee booed when Chelan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Deschenes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arelee's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 73rd minute of the game, when Abraham Duncan after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Chelan's goal. Abraham Duncan was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jamison Saenz got free with Jacques Mathews in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Landon Horn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolf Grier having to interfere. If Jordan Frederick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Chelan's Merlin Clavet got a free kick in the 80th minute. Rolf Grier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Landon Horn in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Landon Horn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolf Grier was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Rowley in the 88th minute of play forced Arelee's goalkeeper Rolf Grier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Arelee getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Jay Spencer hit a great ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Landon Horn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chelan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Landon Horn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ismael Pike fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arelee's protests and gave Ismael Pike a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th minute Landon Horn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Grier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chelan had played much better football throughout.
