Hubert Aucoin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dugwal AFC. After 6 minutes, Winston Chalifour mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Churchill and the Dugwal AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Winston Chalifour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hubert Aucoin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Vera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tom Vera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nolan Murdock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trey Fecteau having to interfere. After 23 minutes of play, Churchill's Hector Moss made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Trey Fecteau was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Churchill getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Perry Grady hit a great ball. Hubert Aucoin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lindsey Leach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hector Moss came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Churchill fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Moss couldn't finish the play. Anibal Ybarra hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lindsey Leach stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Nolan Murdock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nolan Murdock in the 56th minute of play forced Dugwal AFC's goalkeeper Trey Fecteau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trey Fecteau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Moss in the 58th minute of the match. Trey Fecteau didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nolan Murdock went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Nolan Murdock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Dugwal AFC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Faustino Barnhart hit a great ball. Géraud Funk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hector Moss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Trey Fecteau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute Nolan Murdock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trey Fecteau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Dugwal AFC's Tom Vera ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hubert Aucoin. Hubert Aucoin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Hubert Aucoin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lindsey Leach, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Churchill's Perry Grady got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 89th minute Dugwal AFC were awarded a corner. Faustino Barnhart went to the cornerflag to take it. Dugwal AFC's Faustino Barnhart was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hubert Aucoin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Churchill's Hubert Aucoin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lindsey Leach in the 91st minute of play. Churchill's Hubert Aucoin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Churchill from getting a goal against them. Trey Fecteau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perry Grady, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Churchill were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Dugwal AFC for a fine match.
